The streets of Los Angeles pose it's challenges on the hard working police, paramedics and fire fighters of the city. Viewers witness the drama and rescue action firsthand from the time of the emergency call to dispatch until the first responder heroes do their job and exit the scene. The drama doesn't stop there. In addition to all these responders deal with on the street, they must also cope with and try to balance everyday life and personal issues that arise with outside relationships.
