From the writer of Traffic comes Havoc, a gritty mortality tale about culture clash in modern day Southern California. Convinced their world is nothing more than a plastic illusion, wealthy teenagers Allison (Anne Hathaway) and Emily (Bijou Phillips) take a drive to the East Side of Los Angeles to experience the "ghetto."
